Today Nicola served up for us some chocolate lamingtons from our Australian mates over the ditch. This had to be one of the hardest countries to make food from as they claim everything that is ours theres eg pavlova. Good work Nicola they were awesome!
I really enjoyed Nicola's Lamingtons it was soft in the inside and it was like a sponge cake. It was delicious great job Nicola
ReplyDeleteI liked the Lamington even though I'm not a huge fan of coconut, you couldn't really taste the coconut and it was a nice soft sponge cake inside. I really like it. Good job Nicola
